Our 2024 KBB Retreats feature movement and meditation, group training and posing, shared meals and cooking demos, group discussion and coaching sessions, free time for fun and relaxation, welcome goodies, and an [optional] professional photoshoot (complete with hair, make-up, and styling to bring out your best in front of the camera)!
